Isn’t this so true!! We cannot change the past, yet we dwell & cry over it…. wasting so much of energy. No matter how hard we try, we just cannot change the past. Time to accept that!! So how about focusing on the present? Living & Loving your dream and working towards making life beautiful.

A few years ago, today we waited patiently,
To see if our prayers were answered abundantly…
My gorgeous little bundle… I miss you today..
May God bless you… on your birthday!!
I cuddled & nurtured & watched him play
And sat up some nights to kiss all his bubus away
When he slept, I counted his fingers & his toes
And held tissues for him as he blew his nose!!
I cleant his play dough & put his legos apart
I called his scribbles, work of art…
I laughed at his jokes and clapped when he sang songs
And watched him grown tall & strong…
On his first day of school, as he walked alone..
I held back tears, and heard all his moans.
I applauded as he won his first race…
I wiped away the tears of joy that showed on his face.
I waited patiently as he told mom about his first love
This was my little angel sent from the heavens above
I watched as he went through emotional mayhem,
I was strong, and wouldn’t let anything hurt my gem!!
I adored him, cherished him, watched him grow
I held his hand, and taught him all that I’ve ever known
I’m here to smile at his good times & help him through bad
To share in his happiness & cry when he is sad.
